Tonia Kurth was born and raised in Minnesota. As a young adult, she lived in South Dakota and attended the University of South Dakota, started her family, and began her Real Estate career in 2003.

Tonia, with her family in tow, found her way back to Minnesota. She attended the University of Minnesota, and started a coaching business to help people set and reach goals to live their best lives.

In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife Kim and their dog an energetic rescue named Moxie. He also enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. Dan has been a Mountain/Fat Biker for all his adult life. He has biked all over the country and Canada. Like a true Minnesotan, he does this in all 4 seasons! As a resident of Eden Prairie, Dan is excited to serve his community.
